The eight-time Pro Bowl and the two-time Super Bowl champion outside linebacker announced on his social media that he will be signing with the Commanders after being released by the Buffalo Bills in March.

Miller won his first Super Bowl in 2015 with the Denver Broncos, earning the MVP and later secured another Super Bowl ring with the Los Angeles Rams in 2022.

As Miller enters his 14th season with his fourth team with the Commanders, he currently holds the record for the most career sacks among active players, with a total of 129.5 career sacks.

The Commanders will now have linebackers Bobby Wagner and Frankie Luvu. Wagner had 132 total tackles including 75 solo tackles and two sacks last season. Luvu had 99 total tackles, with 54 solo tackles and eight sacks, while Miller contributed 17 total tackles, with 13 solo tackles with six sacks.
