The New York Knicks defeated the Indiana Pacers 111-94, ensuring the series continues. This is the first time in the playoffs that the Pacers have been held under 100 points.
Leading the Knicks, Jalen Brunson scored 32 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 24 points and 13 rebounds.
The Knicks contained the Pacers' point guard, Tyrese Haliburton, holding him to just 8 points. Indiana head coach Rick Carlisle expressed his dissatisfaction with the team’s performance.
"We lost the rebound battle, and we didn’t shoot well. We’ll need to play better,” he stated.
Despite this victory, the Knicks are still down in the series 3-2. The Pacers will have a chance to close out the series at home in Indianapolis on Saturday at 8 P.M. ET.
