Washington Commander wide receiver Terry McLaurin is looking for a new contract deal from the Commanders.

McLaurin signed a $68.2 million contract extension in the summer of 2022, and he is now entering the final year of that three-year deal. Currently, he ranks as the 17th- highest paid wide receiver in the NFL.

With McLaurin frustration over the stalled contract talks, McLaurinis uncertain about attending the opening of training camp next week.  “I haven’t decided that yet. I’m trying to take things day by day,” he stated.

Despite his frustrations, McLaurin has made it clear that he does not want to be traded from the Commanders: “I want to be here. I want to make that abundantly clear.”

McLaurin is coming off a fifth consecutive with over 1,000-yard receiving season in 2024. Achieving 82 receptions for 1,096 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2024.
