Former Sprinter for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Jordan Pierre has entered the transfer portal after placing third in the nation in the 400-meter event at the Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

Not only did Pierre finish in third place in the 400-meter event, but he also earned First Team All-American honors. He recorded a personal best of 45.44 seconds during the championship.

In addition to his performance in the 400-meter event, Pierre also competed in the 4x100 meter relay at the NCAA West First-Round Regional, helping to secure his team's spot in the Division I Track and Field Outdoor Championship.

Pierre has two years of eligibility remaining.
